We go further than most interstate removalists to ensure all of your items and boxes end up in the right place at the right time:
- We do an inventory of your items and boxes with us and make sure that everything is clearly labelled. Once this is complete, we'll provide you with a copy of the inventory for your records.
- If your move is part of a backloading service, we put up partitions inside the truck to separate each move that's on the same truck.

Need storage in-between pickup and delivery?
We understand that an interstate move is sometimes not as straightforward as pick up, travel and drop off.
There's sometimes a period of time in between where you're still looking for a new house, or you're waiting to take occupation of your new home.
Most interstate moving companies don't offer storage in between moves, but we are happy to arrange this for you as well. It doesn't matter if you need storage for just 2 days or 22, we offer competitive storage options in secure facilities.
Secure storage options we provide
Austate provides and number of storage options for differing needs:
- Self storage: Easy access and a good option when you need short or medium-term storage
- Warehouse storage: We can unload your things directly into our warehouse storage facility. It’s a good and cost-effective solution for in-between places and suitable if you don’t require access to your things. A good option for medium to long-term storage needs.
- Container storage: A good storage option for up to 3 months, container storage allows you to place your furniture directly into a storage container. This minimises handling and reduces the chance of damage.
